Madill's has taken all measures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all of our employees and customers. We have implemented the following policies:

1. Our employees who are providing deliveries are required wash their hands repeatedly and have alcohol wipes in their truck.
2. Deliveries to our office are restricted to our shipping / receiving area.
3. All employees are encouraged to practice Health Canada recommended hygiene, including frequently washing hands.
4. Increased cleaning in our office space. Our head office is cleaned and wiped down daily.
5. Employees who have travelled outside Canada are being directed to follow Provincial and Health Canada guidelines and self isolate and monitor for symptoms for 14 days before coming back to work.
6. Employees who exhibit symptoms associated with COVID-19 are to remain at home and contact local public health for instructions. Every effort has been made to provide a healthy and safe working environment for the benefit of our employees and our customers.

We may experience temporary disruptions in supplying some of our products, such as disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizing products. However, with the help of many of our suppliers, all measures are in place to find new sources of supply for these health and safety products.

Our distribution centres are operating normally. Telephone orders, as well as our www.gomadill.com site, are fully functional and committed to our next day delivery service.
